34"w x 44" (85x110cm), acrylic on canvas, private collection
This major work features a 23 foot 1936 Port Carling Boat Works Ltd classic and in the background, a 15 foot 1958 Glastron Fireflite 3. The setting is the harbor at Gravenhurst, Ontario, Canada.
This painting was originally conceived as the poster art for the 2024 ACBS Annual Boat Show. Construction in and around the Gravenhurst harbor area forced a cancellation of the '24 event. It is scheduled to return in July 2025.
NOTE that the original painting has been modified to include stern identification for the painting owner. Reproductions do not include this modification and are produced as original painted. (as shown)

34"w x 44", acrylic on canvas
This new original work features a classic 1940 19' Chris Craft Barrelback Runabout in a somewhat exciting moment. The steamship passengers watch on with great interest to see what route she will take...
The setting is the Gravenhurst Ontario harbor with one of its iconic steamships... the 130 year old historic steamship R.M.S. Segwun. Built in 1887, Segwun is North America's oldest operating steamship and was originally designated a Royal Mail Ship.
This painting was originally scheduled to premiere at the ACBS boat show in Gravenhurst in early July 2024. The premiere has been pushed forward to 2025.

20”w x 24” (50x60cm), acrylic on canvas
This new original work features the barques of "Little Venice" in Comar, France. Ever on the lookout for the next painting, Jay Koka came across this wonderful location on a recent visit to the town.
Known for its network of canals and bridge, medieval Comar is located near the border with Germany. The waterways are filled with half-timbered houses in pastel colors while the town center features cobblestones and traditional architecture.

Title: "Riva Super Aquarama at Deer Run"
by Jay Koka, © 2025
44”w x 34” (110x85cm), acrylic on canvas, private collection
A privately commissioned work with a direct and deliberate relationship to the 2023 work titled "Riva Aquarama at Villa del Balbianello". The client favoured that work and it was used as the layout to accommodate the owner's Super Aquarama and property background. Note that there are actually a lot of differences between the two works: for example, the Aquarama and Super Aquarama differ in overall shape and many smaller details.
